How to get files from laptop to PC
Install
Copy 42 on both computers. They need to be on the same network – Wi-Fi or network cable.

Connect once
Both show the same code. Confirm it once; after that the computers find each other by themselves.

Drag files or folders onto the Copy 42 window and tick the target. Over there everything lands in Downloads › Copy 42.

Tick every computer that should get something – the same file then lands on all of them at the same time. Handy for the office, the training room or the family. Computers that are switched off show up straight away in the window.
Large files and whole folders
Folders arrive with all their subfolders, large videos and project folders too. If the Wi-Fi drops, Copy 42 carries on from the same point. Everything is encrypted on the way, and nothing goes through someone else’s server.
Shared clipboard for two PCs

What Copy 42 is not: not a migration tool. Copy 42 doesn’t move programs, settings or user accounts to a new PC – your files and folders, yes. Copy 42 doesn’t sync folders either, and it only works on the same network, not over the internet.
